GPU recommendation?

My current specs are:

i5-9400f, RX7600, 16 gb Corsair vengeance dual sticks, asus xtreme b450 motherboard, and 600w psu.

I upgraded from a 1660 Super to an RX7600 recently after some recommendations and am getting pretty frequent driver timeouts. They aren’t super frequent but enough where it is an issue and I never had this problem with my previous card. I saw the equivalent of an RX7600 is an RTX 4060 but haven’t heard good things about that card either. Does anyone recommend a good card preferably NVIDIA that’s a decent price (300-400 range)? Anything helps thanks!
