UK Games EXPO - advice for accomodation?

Me and a friend would like to go to the UK Games Expo this year, and we're wondering about what the best options are for accommodation.

We'd like to keep it cheap and cheerful, but would ideally like to be close (Walking distance?) to the Expo.

Can anyone offer any recommendations as to what to look for?
