Face tattoos at daycare – am I overreacting?

My toddler has been going to the same daycare for about 7 months now and we've loved it. He's learned a lot, the class sizes are small, and the owner is great.

Recently they hired a new teacher for the morning shift, and she has visible face tattoos. They look to mostly be people's names (no affiliations from what I can tell,) and she is always friendly when she greets me and my son, but I'm just not sure how I feel about the tats.

I want to trust the owner's judgement, and maybe my biases are showing so I'm judging too harshly but I feel like maybe it's time to move on to a different center? How would you all feel in this situation?

ETA: Okay, wow. I got it. My unease is coming from my own internal biases I've got going on, which for the record, I acknowledged in my original post. I asked here instead of in a general parenting subs because I thought that might be the case and didn't want a bunch of white Karens affirming that if it was. But holy hell yall. Your responses are making it seem like I'm basically Clayton Bigsby, which is wild because this lady isn't even Black. But I'll go ahead and turn in my Black card tomorrow. Sorry!
