Level 50 quest

So I still didn’t graduate from level 50 .. (the Fughar memorial quest) .. Following the blackkie navigation to go to Rhutum outstation to get a quest.. but no quest.. also going to Catfishman camp (which also navigation from the quest) but no quest there..

Can someone help me?
