How to improve MEE scores

Hello everyone. I have been doing lots of MBE practice and have been somewhat neglecting MEE/MPT practice. Everyone just keeps saying to look over model answers and rewrite them but I dont think that will work for me.

I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to essay writing which is why I have been putting off the practice (I know that makes absolutely no sense, I should have been prioritizing that but whatever).

Anyways, I literally need someone to tell me what to do, I want to do essay practice until the exam day because I genuinely suck at them. Also, I am terrible at formatting my essays. Every time I turn in a Barbri essay the grader comments on my formatting. I also feel like I write way too much and need to get straight to the point but I really don't know how to!!!! Lastly, does anyone else feel like the Barbri essay graders grade WAYYYYY TOOOO HARSHLYY????

If anyone has any good tips other than reading essay model answers I am all ears!!!!!
