Starting an ETF Portfolio

I started investing in a few ETF's about 12 months ago. Wasn't 100% sure exactly what the best route was in terms of Aussie ETF's vs US ETF's. After spending a bit more time looking, watching and getting an understanding I've decided to essentially wipe the slate clean and start over as if it was day 1.

I'm 28, looking for stable long term growth hopefully to future proof my retirement. I'm trying to create a solid portfolio that I'll DCA each week moving forward. I want exposure to the Aussie Markets as well as the US, Europe and Emerging Markets.

I'm looking at a few options, IVV, VGS, VAS and EMKT, still looking for options to get into the European Markets. I understand IVV and VGS have a large cross over due to IVV tracking the S&P 500. As you can see I'm still learning and growing but option to portfolio tips and ideas to get this journey pointed in the right direction.
