Free will is impossible

We are made of molecules and their behavior is dictated by laws of chemistry and physics. Even if you believe in a soul, the soul is trapped in a body made of molecules, so there is nothing it can do.

let's assume we are each assigned with a soul in which case you still have no control over the properties of that soul you received and how that affects your physical body. so you're just kicking the can down the road.
