Emotional numbness somewhat cured after wellbutrin withdrawal

Its been over 2 months since i quitted wellbutrin due to developing tinnitus (which i still have). While on wellbutrin and after stopping i have gained mental clarity, emotions from music, and my baseline emotional state feels much more comfortable/relaxing. Prior to starting wellbutrin ive had emotional numbness and mental problems ever since i stopped an SSRI like 4 years ago, and now its the only time i can feel a significant change in emotional and mental state which have remained ever since stopping wellbutrin.
