Are The New Stories Too Short?

I'm loving the new content. But for both Miyabi and Astra's story sections, though the drama and emotions and action was really badass, it felt very unearned and unsatisfying. I'd spent less than an hour with both characters only to come upon a very epic and overblown climax that is supposed to make my heart soar, but instead I was just sort of like, "oh, that's cool"

Do you think it's a response to feedback? Like, they saw people complain about TV sections and menial tasks before the juicy stuff and decided everything needed to be ultra-condensed? Because if so it backfired. I complained a lot about Genshin's story dragging on, but at least when the big climaxes finally happened they were really powerful.

Despite Miyabi and Astra's climaxes being the biggest yet, I found them far inferior to every other faction's story so far, even the Belabog one where you're essentially just chasing down a couple robots felt a lot more earned and satisfying. Like, I wish I could have the feels for Astra and Eve's story but I just can't cause I spent basically no time with them. Hearing the soft music and listening to dialogue where they reminisce about the adventures we went through together falls really flat cause like... I barely just met these people.

I'm so glad ZZZ devs listen to feedback, but just cause we can doesn't mean we should. I can't speak for how rushed and pressured the delivery dates on these things are, and I'd rather have a lot of production value put into a shorter span than not but, maybe we need to all have a little more patience if we want these things to last and have an actual impact.

Besides, you gooners should know that some edging leads to a more satisfying conclusion right?

Just something to think about. I hope the next one has a bit more meat on the bone cause I am disappointed. I wish I wasn't, but I am. Astra's album was just a single and it needed a few more songs.
