VGrow first try, soil mold question

Hey all, wanted to ask here since google gave mixed answers. Im getting white soil mold in my vgrow box, just using the wicking system, no drip feed attachment/

Temp is 70 and humidity is 60%, and have a fan in there for additional wind. How do I remedy this white mold issue? I keep stirring up the soil md spraying copper fungicide spray. Just doesn't feel right
