customer asked for a markdown, claimed it was damaged
Basically what the title said. She claimed it was the last one in stock (it wasn’t) and told me to ask for a markdown. I knew what the manager was going to stay but i still asked because she wouldn’t have taken my “no” as an answer. My manager gave me “Are you serious” look and said “No”. I went back to the customer and said “Sorry but he said no to the markdown”. Immediately she got angry and said “That is ridiculous. It is clearly damaged! You know what forget it. I don’t want it anyway” and she pushed this towards me and left. 😭 Damage where? This thing still works. You would’ve gotten this by just placing it wrong on your table. Customers need to be more realistic.
