Dentist fucked up my tmj

Got cavities filled the other day. My tmj used to be pretty mild it would only click when I opened my jaw all the way no pain could eat normal. Only had mild pain if I woke up and didn’t wear my night guard. Well got cavities filled and now it is fucked it feels so tight I can’t open my mouth all the way can barely chew on the right side of my mouth (tmj is on left) no clue what to do I keep taking advil dual action but nothing is working
