Sam, interrupted

In Season 5 ep 11, when Sam attacked that doctor guy thinking he was the wraith, he looked fucking scary! Even when he was possessed by a demon, he was still calm and methodical but here he was just unhinged. I felt bad for that doctor guy and the staffs that he attacked. They probably once in a while handle a patient who's kinda aggressive but never thought they would get their head slammed into a window by Sam fucking Winchester. The guy probably woke up from his concussion like I did not sign up for this.
