AU-Line (Actual Weight) Problems
Shipped out a parcel with AU-Line (Actual Weight)
It is not through Australia Post but through Parcel Freight Logistics (PFL). If you know anything about freight/couriers you know about PFL. They are the dodgiest courier in existence and 99% of the time steal your packages. Unfortunately I am the victim of this latest incident. They will say "tried to deliver package" but in reality never turn up.
For reference PFL has no email or phone number (that is actually real and not a robot answering)
Sugargoo refuses to provide a refund either, despite the fact that I ordered insurance.
If you can avoid using AU-Line at ALL COSTS! Unless you want to lose
