Change baby gender?

So I have the Romancable Rasmodis Redux Revamped and my character is literally one night from having a baby.

When I first played the mod about a year back, our first kid was a girl called Aurora, which I wanted to continue to use Aurora. But she's going to have a son.

I noticed that there was a couple mods that were available but one is set to hidden while the other is severely outdated.

Is there anything I can download? Or maybe a file I can edit that changes the gender of the kid after being born? Or is this a suck it up situation? 😭
