Since doc ock in the trailer says hello Peter? Does that confirm that Toby Maguire is in NWFH

Since Doc Ock is from the Toby Spiderverse surely he would only recognise him as Peter. Therefore for him to say "Hello Peter" would mean that he recognised Toby Maguire Spiderman? Marvel has edited stuff in the trailers before to hide spoilers!
