How to Sanitize a New Jar?

Got a new jar to make a new starter and I’m just wondering the best way to sanitize it before mixing the starter.

Do you just wash it with hot water and soap? Do you wash with soap and then spray with a bleach solution, followed by a thorough rinse? Please share your methods.
