Martin on meds

Hope this is okay to talk about - but I really appreciated Martin talking about starting lexapro on the latest pod!! I suffered from horrible panic attacks and crippling general anxiety over the years, and was very against taking anything for it for the longest time. I was worried it would change me and also afraid of the stigma, but anti depressants (along with regular therapy) really changed my life for the better. Martin has mentioned his anxiety being bad in some previous vids, so it was just a nice thing to see him be so open and optimistic about it. Wishing him the best!
