Any fictional works where Satan/Satanists are good guys, or at least more nuanced?

Yesterday I watched a recent horror movie that was really hyped up in the media, and mostly enjoyed it, except for the last 15 minutes. Trying to avoid spoilers, but I'm referring to the movie Longlegs, if you're curious. The main villain was revealed to be a Satanist, and that was the extent of their motivation. It got me thinking about how, in popular media, Satanist automatically equals "evil," and I think it can sometimes be used as a cheap way to explain a villain rather than trying to come up with actual motivations or character traits.

Just wondering, is anyone aware of fictional portrayals of Satanists (or Satan) as the good guy, or at least with a bit more nuance than just "Satanist, therefore evil."? I'd be interested in books, movies, online stories, etc.
