Does anyone consistently play Thorn?

I almost forget she is an operator sometimes, I barely ever see her get played, and her gadget just doesn’t seem as viable as the other defenders.

I feel like she definitely needs a change, but idk how they would buff her other than just acoging her again. Then her pick rate would sky rocket; atleast on console.
