Who wins?

Darth Vadar (from the Star Wars franchise) versus Ben 10 (from the Ben 10 franchise). Both characters have their standard gear but to make things more interesting, I excluded the most powerful transformations from each series of the Ben 10 franchise. This should be an interesting match-up!
