Hiding lip filler/When does filler feel soft

I just got lip filler for the first time about a week ago. Not to be that person that hides cosmetic alterations but I’m only 18 so I kind of feel weird about telling my friends and it getting around so I am keeping it a secret. I have a boyfriend and I really do not want him to know because I feel like he would judge me. We live a little far away from each other so I see him once a week or once every two weeks so Ive been avoiding hanging with him since Ive gotten them done because they are still firm like if you touch them you can feel the filler thats in there. So Im just curious when does the filler feel like your normal lips?
