how do we know that sklauncher is not spyware?

just like the title says how do we know that sklauncher is not a spyware just like tlauncher because tlauncher was in the megathread because it is "safe" but now that we know that it is spyware and it has been replaced in the megathread with sklauncher how do we know that sklauncher is not also a spyware just like tlauncher?
