Issue after issue: turning off this time

Hi all - I have emailed the Pimax tech support team, but in the mean time I wonder if there is a clever person out there who might be able to help me?

So ever since I have purchased the Pimax is has been a litany of issues, just one after the other. I would dearly love to send it back and be rid of the thing forever, but, I am yet to wear a headset with as much clarity (I use it for MSFS exclusively), plus there is the sunk cost fallacy kicking in also!

The latest issue in which I would love to get some advice is this: recently the headset has taken to turning itself off every 1-5 minutes, usually after about 10-15 minutes of gameplay. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it doing so - I have updated everything, I have rechecked all the cables, I made sure the sensors turning off the headset were set to 'never'. I am at my wits end I tell you.

Please help me!
