I grew up in Tassing

Not the real Tassing of course. But I can’t put in words how much I appreciate the sheer effort Obsidian put into making this game reality.

I’ve been playing videogames for well over 30 years now. And I never played anything, that resembled my reality like Pentiment does.

I grew up in a small village in upper Bavaria with a rich medieval history, and I live in Salzburg now. The music, the artstyle, the way this village looks, the people that live in this society and the roles they play, the influence of the abbey and the stark presence of the Catholic Church in general - it feels SO REFRESHING to have a setting like this in an incredibly well crafted game.

Anyone else from the region feeling the same way?
