GPU screw is stuck

Am I cooked? The internal and external thumb screws that come with the Phanteks NV5 are so similar to each other that I accidentally used an exterior one for my gpu by accident. Now, no matter how much I try to unscrew it, it won't come out. I've tried pressing on the backside while unscrewing, using a tiny pair of pliers (don't wanna damage my gpu), and even used a little flathead to get in between the screw and the bracket. Nothing

I have a 7900xtx coming in but I won't be able to utilize it unless I get this 7700xt out. And damaging the 7700xt is not an option since I want to resell it.

Any advice??
