Anyone elses frames are extremly low all of a sudden?

Hey guys, normally (few hours ago) i played at like 120-160 fps with my 4080 super and 7800x3d.. Then the game crashed for me and now i only got 45fps at max. What happend here? didnt change any settings.. Other games still run well. I am a bit confused
