Dosidelerium mutant?

I popped a bean of Dosidelerium on January 3rd using a Cannakan. Her tail grew really fast but also was all coiled up. I planted her into coco and a week later this is what she looks like. She’s been like this for 4 days now. Zero growth, weird leaves but very green. Is she a mutant and, if so, should I toss her and try again? Any thoughts, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏
