Need Help! 486 on FL after months of studying!

I took the AAMC sample test (scored) and got a 486. I have been studying off and on this entire year for the MCAT and then actually seriously started in September where I was ONLY studying. I feel so disappointed in myself and I have no clue what to do next. I don’t even know where I went wrong or what I did wrong.

I started by taking the Jack Westin MCAT course for content review which lasted for like 5 months. Which included live lectures, homework, practice full lengths, etc. After that, I got busy with classes and so took a break from MCAT studying only to restart in September where I realized I forgot a lot of what I learned so I restarted learning content from KA and JW. I was also doing Anki and JW CARS passages everyday along with UW here and there.

In November, I gave it my all and studied my hardest. I even booked my test date to be in early January just so I could use that as motivation. On the test I took today, I wanted to be at around a 502 so that at least I could work really hard on the AAMC material for my last month in December and be ready to take the test in early January. My end goal I was just hoping for around a 505.

But after getting a 486 on the AAMC sample test, I am devastated. Please tell me what I should do next.
