Do marimos get lonely

Sorry dumb question but I'm getting mine soon and just wondering if they get lonely if kept in a single one, I got two just in case but do they get lonely??? I read that plants have feelings so I'm worried that the algae won't be happy (Sorry again, dumb question I know)
