Help! Having problems with controls.

When I try to play on certain games it feels like there’s multiple input devices working at the same time. So when I load up Black Ops 6 and I go to move through the menu it skips across the first box and jumps to the next one as if I’ve pressed it twice. I’ve also noticed on stardew valley the game constantly swaps between keyboard and mouse and controller, for example in inputs at a the bottom of the screen say ABXY then I push a direction and then it turns to F, space ect. I’ve also got multiple controllers on my steam account ‘xinput controller #1 and then two ‘legion controller for windows’ I haven’t used any other controller so I don’t get why I have three controller options. Also I’ve noticed the problem only seems to happen on windows games. I can play my steam games with no problems that I can notice. I’ve also made sure everything is up to date. Everything was working fine a few days ago but I have been tinkering with stuff and probably changed something i shouldn’t have.
