Help with Hebrew theological sayings / overcoming gatekeeping jargon from Orthodox rabbis

I am a conservative Jew who likes to listen a few podcasts / YouTubes about Jewish law, the Talmud, and so on. I grew up Reform, but I had a very good and thorough religious education. Despite this, I struggle with these podcasts because of the frequent mixing of Hebrew and Yiddish terms / sayings.

Although I go into them understanding 20% and can use context for another 10%, I feel I am missing much of the lesson because I don’t understand.

Funny enough, I am reminded of Larry David in the deli talking to the frum guy who uses mixed Hebrew sayings and Larry responds in gibberish.

Wondering if anyone can recommend a reading or YT or podcast that has Hebrew theological jargon for dummies to help me out. I know it’s a weird request, and I realize many Orthodox rabbis gatekeep Judaism to their own sect making this difficult.

**** Update: I realize that these rabbis are not INTENTIONALLY gate keeping. They are using jargon that is familiar to their audience and I am not their intended audience. It is gatekeeping all the same, albeit not from a malicious or deliberate place.
