is there a presetup modpack?

so i havent played in a few months but i want to start again altough in the mean time i got a new pc so i lost my mods and configs etc

so is there a pre setup pack etc

if not which mods do u reccomend and how should i go about the settings just disable them in every mod and once i need them look for them enable them and see which mod i like the most?
