Symmetrical redness and itching along inner labia, butt rash, and irritation along buttcrack.

Hi, long time lurker, first time poster here. I’ve been dealing w itchy inner vulva for a while, I’ve treated myself for a vaginal yeast infection, but I was still having itching. I got a good look down there and I have distinct, symmetrical red marks on my inner labia. As well as a new rash on my butt, it doesn’t itch, but did hurt when I got in the shower. I also have pain/burning around my anus and redness in my buttcrack, but I am prone to hemorrhoids. I’m worried I may have some sort of fungal infection as I’ve been trying to keep away ringworm for months (with little success). I am definitely going to the doctor as soon as I can, and I have an annual check up w my obgyn in April. Wondering if I could get some advice to try and rule out what it could and couldn’t be.
