I Think I'm Ready 40M

1st let me just say a thank you to everyone who's posted and shared their story on Reddit of their hairless journey. I stared thinning in my late 20s early 30s and was pretty easy to cover up. Since my late 30s to now I've lost/thinned a lot. Used all types of snake oils, helmets, natural remedies, shampoos etc and tbh didn't improve much of anything. I've tried Fin but had side effects and stopped. I have been on Minoxidil for 1.5 years atleast once a day for the most part and it did seem to help, I think lol. Also Been using hair fibers to make myself look less bald and it was OK I guess.

I became the dude that always wears hats to cover his head and just recently I decided I don't want to be him anymore and get a hair transplant. I would shave it all off but I would look horrible as my head is not that type that looks good bald. So the past few months I've been on Reddit and other places seeing people's journeys and outcomes. Reading about different methods FUE, FUT etc.. Researching where to get it done, TJ, Turkey, Korea etc..

After months of research I've decided to stay in the states just for my personal peace of mind. I found a Dr in So Cal who seems to know his stuff and super friendly and pretty decent estimate. Good reviews and a few here on Reddit. I just can't go on worrying about my hair and think now is the best time to get get it done. Hope this helps some of you who felt the way I do and are that guy with a hat on everywhere they go. I would love to document my transplant journey but don't know if it's something anyone would want to see.

1st pic is my hair dry the rest are all pretty much right out the shower.
