I dermarolled my head 15 days after my hair transplant

The doctor send me a vídeo showing how to use the kit they gave me, basically i should dermaroll the area and use the vitamin ampoule, but he didnt told me that i shouldn't do that in the first 2 months

How bad is the damage it caused? Im gonna lose a lot of grafts?
