Ruu and Caterpillar should have been playable

When I played the Caterpillar quest I kept thinking how cool it’d be to play as him. He could’ve been like an Anemo dps who transforms into the hilichurl as his burst, it would have been so unique. And Ruu could have been some kind of electro healer, purely based on the song thing (like Barbara but a bit different). Both of them had enough lore and character to warrant being playable but they both got stuck with a case of “npc model”. Also, it would have been interesting to get more characters who don’t use a vision (caterpillar has elemental power as a hilichurl, Ruu has a bit of the thunder birds power)
