When do you start planting your hardy perennials again?

Hi all. As you may know, hardy varieties of perennials can be planted all year technically, provided your ground isn't frozen solid or it isn't waterlogged. But I feel like we all have our typical times we start and end planting. For you personally, when do you begin planting again and when do you plan to in 2025?
