Touchpad scroll not working

Sorry if its the wrong flair, I wasnt sure which one to use. I have the S9 Ultra tab with the Book cover keyboard. Suddenly I couldnt use the 2 finger gesture to scroll on the google Chrome app. It works perfectly fine in other apps Ive tried, such as Samsung notes, Word, Outlook and Onedrive. All other touchpad gestures work just fine as well, except for scrolling on Chrome. Ive tried turning it off and on, closing Chrome, but nothing seems to work. Any tips on how to get it to work again is appreciated, as its almost useless to me if I cant scroll on chrome with the touchpad.
