Are my scores bad?

I recently just went back to school and got my GED after years of trying to go back after dropping out in 10th grade due to family problems. Are my scores bad? Should I retake some test? I'm in the medical field and looking to further my career now but I think my scores are pretty low. All advice is welcome 🙂
