[HELP] Fiverr Account Disabled - Top Rated - Fiverr Pro - Seller Plus…

30 minutes ago, I’ve received an email that my account was disabled.

  • Seller since 2019
  • Fiverr Pro since 2021
  • Top Rated since 2022
  • Seller Plus since 2022
  • $250k+ earned so far
  • 33 ongoing orders
  • 5* Review Score with 1800 reviews

I have numerous messages instructing clients to keep the communication strictly on Fiverr. I’ve only given out my email when it was required for my work (adding me as a co-host to client’s Airbnb account).

I’ve literally never done anything to breach the T&C.

This is my family’s livelyhood.

I’ve sent emails to support, but am also looking on here to see if anyone can help by providing additional insight.

My account was restored 1 hour after it was disabled

They’ve contacted me 8 hours after restoring the account, apologizing for the mistake, and telling me they are contacting all buyers who had an ongoing order, explaining the situation and asking them to make another order.
