Need Tips/Suggestions as I am New to the Game!

So I am kinda new to the game (started approx 2-3 weeks ago) and I would like to ask you lot if there are any tips or suggestions that you guys have from your side! ❤️

Moreover, is there any trick to get shards easily? I only managed to collect 210 shards so far but i have my eyes on rudiger (107 OVR for 750 shards) as of now!

Lastly, I am in some random league but they dont talk nor do they participate in any tournaments but i also want to maximize my league rewards so what do you think i can do about that? I really dont know too much about this so yeah - thanks for reading this out much love & have a blessed day! ❤️
