Dawning bug question

As you all know the dawning event card was removed and placed back into the game. During the time the event card was gone, I delivered 19/20 cookies to vendors. The game then updated itself and the event card was available once I returned to Eva. I went to make and turn in my last cookie at exo stranger. I went to check the progress on the event card and it said 1/20 the “expert baker” and other “baker challenges”. I then went onto baking several different types of cookies and delivering to different vendors. The progress still does not go up. And yes, I did complete the quest that Eva gives you.
