Moon essence

Is there any easy way to get the essence of tranquility? I haven’t seen it in a weekly rotation. I’ve tried bounties, lost sectors, champions, nightmares, nightmare hunts, chest, world resources, public events, lost sectors, altars of sorrow.. everything. I have it on my other 2 characters. Can’t seem to get it on my third.
