Kenneth Cole or Nautica Suits?

Anyone have any experience with either of these? I wanted to pick one up in black for those exceedingly rare circumstances that I'd need one. Wool seems to be a thing to for the past for under $500, so is there any difference in quality between these two? Kenneth Cole sells for $20 more total than Nautica, and I didn't know if that anything more than just the brand name.
