If you can't beat them join them? LED headlights

Anytime I drive there are many cars on the road with lights so bright it hurts to look forwards and if one of these cars are behind me it's blinding.

What are the most impossibly bright eye damaging headlights I can buy to participate in this madness?

Edit: I'm not gleefully participating, there's just no other option, people laugh when you ask them to turn off their high beams its madness.
