Are there any short term language learning projects (language school/uni) available in China?

Hi all!

I have some friends from Europe who have strong interests in learning Chinese in China (2-3 months by tourist visa), are there language schools or any projects given by universities for intensive class for different levels? Or are there by any chance like a language/culture summer camps given by famous universities in China in the year of 2025?
