New PC #cpsupport

First off, this is my first pc. My husband surprised me with it yesterday. I’ve searched multiple forums and pages trying to figure out what’s wrong and here I am.

I personally think my graphics card is no good but wanted to see what others who have the knowledge think.

I’ve checked any cables I can get to at this point. Fans aren’t coming on, no lights. And when I plug up my monitor.. no signal
