flank pain

does anyone else deal with daily flank pain? i get it in my left side and sometimes feel my kidney pulsating. i’m working with a cuti specialist and my bacteria level has gone down significantly (enterococcus) but the flank pain and occasionally urgency bother me almost daily. i’m always worried about my kidneys but blood work was fine and i haven’t ran a fever
