L-Theanine, Phosphatidylserine, and Tongat Ali is Italian-hands kissy-face

I added L-Theanine and Phosphatidylserine a week ago and feel awesome. I have had a HUGE improvement in anxiety, more energy in the mornings, and have been feeling more recovered after workouts. Big fan. Also taking Choline, Magnesium Citrate, Turmeric, and a Token Joint Supplement.
